Regulations of accommodation hours and payment:
CONTACT WITH THE OFFICE
Please contact our office one day before the check-in, in order to establish estimated arrival time. Then you will get the number to our employee who will welcome you in the apartment.
CHECK-IN
In the day of your arrival please contact our worker directly to discuss the details of your check-in. You’re able to get into the apartment between 3pm and 9pm without any additional charges. After 9pm until 10pm the extra fee is 50PLN – and after 10pm – 100PLN.
PAYMENT
Our worker will give you the keys to the apartment and then you need to finish the payment process if you did not choose to pay online before. The payment is possible in both ways – in cash and by card, and you will be provided with the confirmation of payment right after or you can pick up the check in our office – Sieradzka Street 78, Osjakow 98-320, Poland.
CHECK-OUT
One day before you leave please contact NORDA office to confirm the time of your leaving. The possible time is between 7am and 11am. Leaving before 7am results with extra fee – 50PLN.
EXTENDING OF YOUR STAY
Hotel day in our apartments starts from 3pm and ends at 11am the next day. For your comfort there is a possibility of extending your stay if there is no other reservation right after. Extending for one hour is free of charge, but few hours would be required with extra fee of ½ of the-day stay price.
THE CONDITIONS OF STAY IN OUR APARTMENTS
Security in case of accident damage:
In the case of some reservations NORDA Sp. Z o. o. reserves the right to take a bail in case of potential damages. The client is taking the responsibility of any damage made during his stay in our apartment and any equipment. The payment of 150% of the value of the broken objects we charge in the day of check-out.
KEYS, ACCESS CARD, REMOTE GARAGE DOORS
Keys, access card, remote to the garage door should be returned in time of checking-out in the same condition as received. In case of damage or loosing one of them client is obligated to pay extra charge as follows:
1. keys (change of the lock) – 400PLN
2. access card (Sea Towers in Gdynia) – 250PLN
3. remote to the garage gate – 200PLN
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR REMOTE TO THE GARAGE GATE
Deposit is collected in cash at the time of check-in along with the access to the apartment with guaranteed parking place and it’s being returned in the same form during checking-out. The amount of deposit is specified in the description of the apartment and confirmation of the reservation.
TV, WI-FI ACCESS
In our apartments there is an access to the TV and Internet through the Wi-Fi. Any problems with their action should be reported to the NORDA Sp. Z o. o. office. We will work to fix the problem as soon as possible. Breaks in delivering the Internet and TV would not be refunded or not being essential to reduce fees for residence.
ORGANISING PARTIES, QUIET HOURS AT NIGHT
Organising any kind of parties in our apartments are prohibited. Clients are required to comply with the quiet hours at night, since 10pm until 6am. Noise in our apartments is associated with and additional fee of 300PLN.
SMOKING TOBACCO
In our apartments it is prohibited to smoke cigarettes. For breaking this rule client will be debited of 300PLN.
RESIDENCE OF ANIMALS
We are not charging any additional fee for residence of animals, but clients are obligated to inform about such a will during the reservation. The owner is required to leave the apartment in such a condition which would not consist any marks left after the animal.
SHORTENING THE RESIDENCE
In the case of leaving the apartment before the estimated date of departure we are not refunding the days previously paid for.
RULES FOR THE CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION
Rules for the cancellation of reservation in the standard offer made by the www.nordaapartamenty.com website:
1. cancellation of the reservation within 7 days and more before the arrival – 100% of refundable of the costs
2. cancellation of the reservation within less than 7 days before the arrival – advance payment is not refundable
NOTE: Reservations made by www.booking.com website can be cancelled according to the rules described in the principles set out in the hotel and confirmation of reservation from www.booking.com.
When you decide to reserve one of our apartments you accept all the conditions above of the reservation and residence.
PERSONAL DATA
If you make a reservations through our website you accept the permission to put your personal data in our customer base. These data will be processed only in order to facilitate implementation of reservation and for marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the law on the protection of personal data of 29.08.1997.
